Great news for Beare Green

It is official MVDC has refused the planning application to Construct a solar farm and associated works on 12.6 hectares of land within Beare Green. So this just goes to show that if you the public object strongly enough your voice will be heard.
The reason for refusing was because it was on Green Belt land and highly visible. So well done Beare Green and let's. Keep the pressure on.
